WHAT WE OFFER

Our training is built on one principle: connection creates change. That’s why we deliver all our courses face-to-face, where people can share, reflect, and learn together in a meaningful way.

Our core areas of training include:

  • Child Protection – safeguarding children and young people effectively.
  • De-escalation – strategies to safely manage conflict and challenging situations.
  • Attachment – exploring how early relationships influence behaviour and development.
  • Victim-Focused Practice – ensuring those affected by harm are supported with empathy and respect.
  • Trauma-Informed Practice – understanding trauma and responding with compassion.

We equip individuals and organisations with the skills and awareness to build stronger, safer, and more supportive communities.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Core Needs Collective is for anyone who believes in the power of human connection.

We work with:

  • Third sector organisations supporting communities.
  • Public services such as education, health, and social care.
  • Private businesses who value people and want stronger teams.

Our focus is on those who work with people every day — but our training is also valuable for anyone who wants to strengthen relationships, grow in confidence, and make positive change in their own life.

Face to Face

While online learning can effectively support knowledge transfer, the evidence indicates that in-person environments create deeper behavioural change — through shared reflection, role-modelling, and social accountability — making them especially valuable for workforce development in trauma-informed and relationship-based practice.
