At Core Needs Collective, we believe that high-quality training should be accessible, sustainable, and fair.
We know that a small community project doesn’t have the same resources as a national organisation — and that budgets shouldn’t be the barrier to meaningful learning.
Our pricing reflects this. Rather than a fixed fee, we offer a flexible sliding scale that takes into account the type and size of organisation, the amount of preparation involved, and the outcomes you’re aiming to achieve.
When Providing a Quote, We Consider:
- Group size and venue
- Level of customisation or bespoke content
- Preparation and consultation time
- Resources, certification, or follow-up reporting
- Funding context or organisational size
We’ll always be transparent about how your quote is calculated and happy to discuss what’s achievable within your budget.
These figures are intended as a guide and can be adjusted depending on context, preparation, and follow-up requirements.
- Community and Charitable Organisations: £400 – £600 per full training day
(for smaller charities, local projects, and social enterprises) - Public Sector Organisations: £600 – £800 per day
(for local authorities, health services, schools, or universities) - Private or Corporate Clients: £800 – £1,000+ per day
(for bespoke or leadership-focused training, or when detailed reporting is required)
All sessions include training delivery, handouts, certificates, and light administration.
Travel, venue hire, or additional facilitators are costed separately where required.
