At Core Needs Collective, we believe that high-quality training should be accessible, sustainable, and fair.
We know that a small community project doesn’t have the same resources as a national organisation — and that budgets shouldn’t be the barrier to meaningful learning.
Our pricing reflects this. Rather than a fixed fee, we offer a flexible sliding scale that takes into account the type and size of organisation, the amount of preparation involved, and the outcomes you’re aiming to achieve.
Suggested Investment
These figures are intended as a guide and can be adjusted depending on context, preparation, and follow-up requirements.
- Community and Charitable Organisations: £450 – £600 per full training day
(for smaller charities, local projects, and social enterprises) - Public Sector Organisations: £600 – £850 per day
(for local authorities, health services, schools, or universities) - Private or Corporate Clients: £850 – £1,200+ per day
(for bespoke or leadership-focused training, or when detailed reporting is required)
All sessions include training delivery, handouts, certificates, and light administration.
Travel, venue hire, or additional facilitators are costed separately where required.

Giving Back
Core Needs Collective is committed to giving back to the third sector.
A portion of all paid training contributes to a credit fund that supports charities and community projects to access discounted or free training.
We do this by:
- Allowing the course creator or trainer to nominate the charity that earns credits from each delivery
- Enabling larger organisations to nominate a local cause to receive credits from their booking, helping smaller groups build up discounts for future training.
This ensures that every course delivered contributes to strengthening the wider community.
